We did not stay at the Ramada they were closed, we were sent to the Hamilton and it was fantastic. They were very nice rooms and outstanding service.

The hotel was excellent with a beautiful waterfront room and great location-nothing negative to say. However the breakfast across the street was mediocre in comparison to others we had on our vacation.

I thought the hotel was looking a little tired. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work, the outdoor jacuzzi leaked and the first day we had to go across the street for breakfast because the breakfast person was ill. We liked the location and the discounts at the restaurants when showing our key cards. Loved, loved, loved Nonna Lisa's!!

Everyone and everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, we had gone out one morning but found the hotel was much better. The person whom cleaned our room did a great job, we had even left a note to let them know that we were very pleased with all they do. Thank you all for a great get-away.

On a very busy Labor Day Weekend, the staff was positive, polite and helpful. Our room was clean and neat, and a reasonably good value for the weekend. Breakfast was average and the breakfast room crowded and stuffy. But, all and all a good experience.

we stayed 3 noghts at a waterfront room at Ramada. it was a great experience. I really liked the view of the lake. Plus, the breakfast was great, and we could make fresh waffles. Highly recommend.

This was a good hotel to stay at for our overnight stay in Mackinaw City. It is located close to downtown and the ferries to Mackinac Island. The room is a standard room. I ask for lakeview not realizing I would have to stand on the balcony of our room and peer to the side in order to glimpse a piece of Lake Michigan between the side of the hotel and the ferry dock. The breakfast provided was ok, but served in a very tiny area making it difficult for patrons to receive their food. Overall it was a good place to stay and I will be back sometime in the future.

THIS IS A OLDER HOTEL BUT, THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB WITH WHAT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY KNEW MY NAME AT CHECK IN AND REMEMBERED MY NAME WHEN I CHECKED OUT. THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE CLEAN AND FRESH, THE BLANKETS WERE ALSO CLEAN. THE BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THESE ARE TWO THINGS THAT ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Everything was fine except for the Amana PTAC. The compressor was very noisy. It should be pulled and placed in a common area. I told the girl at check out the unit was noisy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The beach was very nice. Breakfast was the same daily. It was very filling and you never left hungry but we did go out to eat the last day for something different. We will be staying here again.

Clean and comfortable. It was on the beach. It had a washer and drier. The staff was very helpful when I was soo tired and needed help. It was located in-betweeen the ferries. All these things were so needed as I was traveling with an elderly mother.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Ramada! Staff is SUPER friendly, rooms are EXTRAORDINARY, close to shopping and eating...I could go on and on!!! This will ALWAYS be my motel of choice when visiting! Hopefully I can make another trip in a month or two and I WILL be staying at Ramada Inn Waterfront!!!

The room was a good size, and we appreciated the included fridge and microwave. Access to both the on-site pool and the waterpark across the street was also very nice. Staff were very kind, friendly, and accomodating. We were, however, somewhat disappointed with the breakfast buffet.

For the price, I cannot complain, everything was nice. The TV could have been better, but that's really not why we were there. The room had everything you really needed, fridge, microwave, coffee, blowdryer, breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. We would stay there again.

THE DESK CLERK WAS FREINDLY & THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE LADY THAT COOKED FOR THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS ILL, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE MOTEL ACROSS THE STREET FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST & EVERYONE WAS VERY FREINDLY. Nice staff with prompt service. Complimentary breakfast is good but space is crowded. Room was nice but some elements a little dated. Enjoyed the location and our stay there. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on our next trip.

Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel, the staff was excellent, our room was very clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. We loved the balcony/patio and the view.However, there was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, i understand the purpose of chlorine but this was unbearable, our eyes were burning and we had to get out and leave the area. I was also disappointed in the BIG price increase just because of the holiday/bridge walk. I understand your in business to make money, but the increase was a bit much.

We've been to Mackinaw many times over the years and this hotel had one of the better rooms with a view that we ever stayed at. Also the price made it possible to stay two nights which we used to visit the island and also enjoy what the city had to offer.
