THE DESK CLERK WAS FREINDLY & THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE LADY THAT COOKED FOR THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS ILL, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE MOTEL ACROSS THE STREET FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST & EVERYONE WAS VERY FREINDLY. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE & WOULD RECOMMEND RAMADA INN WATERFRONT TO ANYONE. THANKS.

Nice staff with prompt service. Complimentary breakfast is good but space is crowded. Room was nice but some elements a little dated. Enjoyed the location and our stay there. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on our next trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ramada Inn. It was peaceful, relaxing, and being able to see the waterfront was a bit romantic, especially at night.

I always stay at this ramada when I am at Mackinaw, which is a couple of times a year. They are always friendly and they make sure that what ever I need is taken care of.

Nice hotel that is showing signs of age and wer and tear. Nice hot pool and hot tub. Very nice to relax. Dining area too small for large groups and full hotel. Convenient and easy to walk to places. Too bad ALL the hotels gouge the tourists for the bridge walk.......

Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel, the staff was excellent, our room was very clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. We loved the balcony/patio and the view.However, there was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, i understand the purpose of chlorine but this was unbearable, our eyes were burning and we had to get out and leave the area. I was also disappointed in the BIG price increase just because of the holiday/bridge walk. I understand your in business to make money, but the increase was a bit much.

We've been to Mackinaw many times over the years and this hotel had one of the better rooms with a view that we ever stayed at. Also the price made it possible to stay two nights which we used to visit the island and also enjoy what the city had to offer.

Mackinaw Chamber We left for the island and fogot to close the moon roof on our suv. The hotel was unable to contact us when a heavy rain came. The hotel maintenance man built a roof over our suv and prevented serious damage. This was on top of good service and a very nice room. The staff of that hotel allowed our trip to be a delight. The suite was well furnished and nicely maintained.The staff wasvery cordial and took care of all needs and answered all my questions related to the area. Very comfortabe room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay but not great. Whirlpool on upper level was down but the one in the pool area was running. Staff friendly.

This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel. The front desk is always polite and helpful. We had room w/ a view of the beach/lake. The only issue was that the people staying next to us were smoking on the balcony. When we arrived the first day we were told by the front desk staff that it was a non-smoking property.

The front desk staff were very nice, even when I accidentally interrupted them eating. The Hot Tub and Pool were very clean. The Lake-Facing room was great, and my two children enjoyed it very much. The elevator was a bit dated, and had a musty smell to it, but that is pretty minor. The hotel is in a good location for the ferrys as well as a short walk to downtown area. I would stay here again.

The front desk and clean staff were great people and very accommodating. The breakfast area was very cramped so we ended up taking our selections to our room and eating there. Same offerings each day though--would have been nice to change it up a bit. The outdoor whirlpool was not working--bummer! Location was terrific--within walking distance to everything. Ice machine on our floor was not working so we had to go to first floor each day--not a big thing but a bit of an inconvenience. Would stay there again.

The accomodations were good. The room was adequately sized and had okay decor, but it was not an elaborate room. We had a beach-walkout room which was quite nice, as was the view of the lake. Breakfast buffet was quite nice compared to others with such a feature. Price was in line with the competition, based on the time of year.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and our "suite" was amazing. The view from our balcony was ok but we were looking over the deck which had the hot tub and you could tell it hadn't been used in quite some time and there was actually moss growing on the carpet. I think the internet cafe was dial up and I was not able to access it the whole time we were there. The Beach was not nice at all and there were only a couple of loungers available even if you did want to sit on it. The breakfast was good and I can't remember exactly what was available but I do remember thinking I've had better. We did not use the indoor hot tub but it did not look appealing. Overall our visit was great and I would consider staying at this hotel again but these are just a few things I think you should be aware of. Thank You for Asking

The room was nice & clean, we had a nice view of the lake from our balcony. The free breakfast was good and the entire staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. Only downfall was the swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. I would stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful, a great view of the lake, the rooms were well equipped and clean, the contential breakfast was good and the staff very accommodating and friendly. They also had a good knowledge of what we could do, areas of interest that we might want to visit.

The fall rates were great but the beds are definitely worn out and need to be replaced. Other than having to walk across the street to a neighboring hotel for breakfast the place was really nice. The pool was the cleanest we have ever saw at a hotel!

VERY good price for our room. Great view, very clean, and friendly service. Only downfall was, they advirtised breakfast daily, but due to the off season, we had to go across the street for breakfast (which was very good.) Inconvienent to walk across the street in the rain. We always enjoy our stay at the Ramada. It is convenient for us as we generally use Arnold Transit as our ferry service to the Island. We find the rooms comfortable, spacious and most importantly clean. The staff is also very friendly and professional. The only reason I gave a "good" rating vs. an outstanding is because I feel the breakfast area needs to be a tad bigger for the amount of guests. It is a very tight squeeze and hard to move around when there is a full house. The Ramada Waterfront is always are #1 option when visiting the city.

Our room was clean and neat and didn't smell stale like some motel rooms. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with friendly service.
