This will be the 3rd time staying. Love the cleaness of the place. Fresh towel. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.Enjoy the wonderful beach and able to walk to everything.Looking forword to another year.

We traveled to Mackinaw City in early May. We searched online for the best price and read the reviews. I have to say we almost didn\'t stay at this facility due to the negative reviews. We decided to make our own decision and we are glad we did. We were very happy with the entire facility. The rooms were clean, up to date and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was clean and felt great with the cool weather we experienced. The motel is located directly on the water and overlooks the Mackinaw Ferry docks. The beach was clean and sandy...great for relaxing! The breakfast bar had the normal fare including biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, eggs and sausage...along with the normal cold breakfast foods. We were pleased with our accommodations for the price we paid.

This is the third hotel we have stayed at in Mackinaw City and it was the best of them all. Room was very clean, service from desk and housekeeping staff was good at all times. Room on the lakeside with a great view, all in all a fantastic stay.

This hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions we had. The hotel is next door to the Old State Dock where you board the Arnold Line for the Vespers Service on their ferry. The children enjoyed the pool, also. The breakfast was terrific. The was roomy and very clean. I would definitely come back again.

I have visited Mackinaw city for over 40 years now & have been to 80% of the hotels there. This was the first time at Dockside waterfront, Best Western. This hotel was the greatest, the room was so nice and clean spotless, the view I was on the 3rd floor was nice, the grounds of the hotle were kept up 100%. I would highly advise all to stay here and not shop around. It is the closest to all the shops, I had a great & awesome time at this hotel. Also you get a very very nice breakfast,not like the other hotles a muffin and a glass of juice, here you get a buffet of eggs,sausage,fruit,waffels, bagels,all kinds of juices ect the list go's on. You might save $10.00 for a hotel which might be 5 buildings from this one, but the over all service and pefect room will make all the differnace.
