Very impressed with this hotel. Very Clean. Very friendly helpful staff. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. We were so impressed with this hotel that we booked it again on our way back home. This will be our hotel of choice when we pass through this way.

I recently travel with a tour group to Mackinaw City for a long weekend. After traveling on the bus for 12 hours imagine my surprise when we pulled into your hotel. It was great and oh-h-h,the room. The two of us had our own adjoining room with bed,bath,tv and sinks. The room was spotless and had numerous towels,shampoo,conditioner,lotion, mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many choices and well stocked by the ladies. The manager was very accomdating and helpful to our group. If you are ever in this area,this hotel is great !!

We were treated like Queens. the staff remembered our names from the initial call to book the room. they had us in adjoining rooms witch was a surprise, (we had called on different days) the rooms were beautiful,clean,convient. we couldnt ask for a better stay.

Wonderful hotel experience! Gave us a great rate, exceptional service, clean beautiful rooms with A VIEW!!!! the breakfast had a great variety, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, breads and bagel, you name it! The pool was too cool for us but the hot tub was perfect, our daughter was able to use it with us since it wasn\'t too hot.They even helped us communicate with Star Line to help get our daughter\'s lost camera back! Thanks for a great stay! We will stay again!

I have stayed at many Mackinaw City hotels through the years. Without a doubt, this is the best, cleanest, and friendliest staffed hotel in my opinion. I Have stayed there 3 times and absolutely love the Suite with 3 queens. I am a Diamond Choice hotel member and really like this hotel.
