My children are between the ages of 13-7 years old, so we booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll away and when we got there, it was clean, but much smaller than I expected. I simply went and kindly told the manager I could use more room if he had anything available for our last 3 nights there. He put us in the 2 queen suite that also had a sleeper sofa, that was almost twice as big and the only charge was the additional $10 I would have been paying if I needed the roll away every night. Needless to say I was very pleased and satisfied with the service and the overall attitude of all the employees there. My kids also loved the inside water park, I loved to outside pool and my husband loved the large breakfast. No complaints here!!

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL at the ECONOLODGE. Front desk personnel was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Accomodations were clean and breakfast was wonderful. I traveled with my 4, 3 and almost 2 year old and they had a wonderful time. Customer service at it\\\'s best!

The room was very nice. The King be room with the jacuzzi was nice. The jacuzzis are quite large and right in the room. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The location of the motel is great. We walked everywhere! I would definately stay again!

I will admit that I was first cautious about staying here based on some of the previous reviews I had read but decided to continue with our stay. We stayed in the Motel part of the facility. The room was clean and fresh when we first arrived and was cleaned and freshened nicely on a daily basis. The chrome in the bathroom was spotless. The heating and cooler unit worked well since we had to use both during our stay and both the coffee maker and mini fridge were new. There was plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable. The Free Hot Breakfast was served at the neighboring Comfort Suites and was well prepared with many selections that were continually being resupplied including Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy as well as the make your own Waffles. Toast, cereal, fresh fruit were also part of the assortment. Food was available all the way till the end of the scheduled open times and then some. That is not always the case with many motel’s ‘Free’ breakfasts. The game room and exercise rooms were simple but clean. The Indoor Water Park however was a real hit with our kid’s ages 7 and 14. There is a decent pool and a large hot tub area for the adults and older children while the Pirates Splash Park, though designed for younger kids, had even the parents getting wet on the 3 smaller water slides, shot by water cannons and being dumped on by all sorts of tipping water devises. We all had a blast. There is an outdoor pool as well as a small playground for younger kids. The front desk staff was very courteous friendly and helpful even calling you by name when they saw you. At check out there were no surprises and the bill was exactly what it was supposed to be. Overall I would say that we were very satisfied with the motel facilities and staff and would definitely recommend this property to others. This is and Econo Lodge so don’t expect a five star hotel, but it is a great value and the location is excellent.

We stay at the Econo Lodge chalets almost every year. We have stayed at the hotel twice and that was also a very nice experience. The chalet is a joy to come home to, feeling like a doll house as our 5 year old daughter views it. It is always clean and fresh as you enter, and gets cleaned and new towels set out daily. There is a mini fridge in the room that is well utilized with left overs from resturants and to keep cold drinks available. We love that there is free hot breakfast daily. It helps not having to pay for a meal, and the selection is great. We love that the waterpark is free to the visitors of the chalet/hotel. It\'s a great way to relax from the day in the hot tub or pool while your child is playing in the waterpark, where you can always see them! We will continue coming here every year. It is a wonderful place to vacation and you can\'t beat the accomodations and service.
