Best Western Plus Dockside Waterfront HotelBest Western Plus Dockside Waterfront Linda from Eaton Rapids stayed in June 2013We had been staying at the Comfort inn or Quality inn , there in town for years but the help there did not freshen the room our last stay , it was dirty and the so called help did not come out to refill the trays at the breakfast room they all stood in the kitchen and was joking and laughfing while people waited for food to be brought out, these people were lazy , and did not want to work , so we decided to stay at the Best western this trip and it was completely differant the room was clean , quiet and we left tips this time , our only complaint was the pool room was all fogged up , the room needed better ventalation , but everything else was just what we exspected ,we wont be going back to the Quality inn again ,These comments are from a verified stay70 people found this helpful. We had a courtesy call around 5:00 PM to estimate our arrival time. I thought that was very nice. The breakfast was equally good with many options. Our room was great with a view of lake even though the reservation said an inside room. I had booked 3 rooms for myself, plus my brother and sister. We were all next to each other. Very nice.
