Blue Water Beachfront HotelFairview Beachfront Inn Charles from Dayton stayed in September 2021It is an older property but our room was very satisfactory. We enjoyed being right on the lakefront. It was a little inconvenient that the office at the Fairview was not open so we had to go to the office at the Quality Inn next door. The breakfast was very disappointing. The hotel could use a little TLC. I think they may of been a little understaffed. The Wi-Fi was none but it gave us some time to unplug. Over all I would stay there again. Blue Water Beachfront HotelFairview Beachfront Inn Rhonda from Eaton Rapids stayed in August 2020The room was clean and the view of the lake was amazing. Pool stayed open later than normal, but no water park and breakfast because of covid. My only 2 complaints would be: 1. Asked to check in early which most hotels will allow if the room has been cleaned or was not rented out the night before and 2. Asked if we could pay additional for a 2 hour later check out. Both of the answers were no. Stated sorry check in is at 4 and check put is at 11 as we have a busy week lined up as we are booked. We tried to check in at 2 and she was having no part of that. The rooms were clean, but could use a little updating. Our view was so beautiful. Our last night we had an issue and was moved to a new room no problem. The issue was something so little as the screen of our balcony broke so we were moved right away so that we can enjoy having our door open and watching the beautiful view.
