Loved having an elevator to our third floor room even though it had an outside entrance. Friendly helpful staff. Very close to Star Line Ferry ... easy walk. Things I think could be improved would be...repairs to the bathroom are needed (peeling wallpaper and some mold). Also would prefer to have a better breakfast rather than just the grab and go option. The rate was very competitive for the area and what we had as far as comfort and location, we appreciate the opportunity to review the hotel. The front ice machine was out of order forcing us to go to the rear building to get ice, which is a hike as we were staying near the front. No hassle w check-in, clean room and housekeeping was wonderful, and stayed in room with lake view which we completely enjoyed. One exception - free breakfast? Apples, instant oatmeal and coffee? Had a plumbing problem in room on last night's stay but was moved to an upgraded room which was very nice. Original room was nice but wish it had a table and chairs so we could have played cards. Will definitely consider this hotel next time I visit. We stayed on the third floor, even though there was an elevator, we had two small flights of stairs to use in order to access the room. Another downside was lack of breakfast items. Would be nice if they had there hot Breakfast again, they had a breakfast bar, water, apple paper bag coffee for breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
