The room with a balcony overlooking the lake was awesome. The reason I gave a good rather than outstanding rating is because my bedspread had a stain on it. We got a room on the second floor and the doors were covered in flies so went back to the office and she moved us to the fourth floor. We asked if there was an elevator and she said no, so we walked the steps up to the top floor. No flies and nice room with great view, but on our way down the stairs we see an elevator on the corner of the hallway. Geez we are old people she could of told us there was an elevator or maybe she didn't know. Location was very good. The room was very clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good.The room was quiet with no outside noise except for being on the ground floor and we could hear people walking in the room above us but they retired early and it wasn't a problem. The minor problems was the door didn't close smoothly and needed attention. The bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy.
