Our room was clean and view was wonderful on the water. Only wish the buffet would been open more than 2 hours we did not get to have breakfast because we got there at 9 and they was putting it all away. What we didnt like was the crap stores at Mackinaw Crossing. Every clothing store carried the same low grade merchandise, and whats up with all the wine tasting stores. What happened to all the stores with the great merchandise? It used to be great going store to store to check out all the great merchandise that each store carried. Lobby and our room were both very clean, although the textured floor of the (older) bathtub could use some elbow grease with a Magic Eraser. Room was spaciouslarger than we expectedwith a balcony overlooking the lake. Convenient to the ferry and to the shops and restaurants. Mediocre coffee, pancakes terrible even fruit salad ( dont know what the fruit was ) bland. Fortunately we grabbed some fresh apples a bagel and made coffee in our room. The room needed some updating - the carpet was torn in a few places, handles off the drawers, jacuzzi tub didnt work, blow dryer didnt work, breakfast was minimal.
