The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We went to several stores and restaurants and everyone was super nice. The staff at Mackinac Island winery were the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He was gentle and very nice and had good conversation . The housekeepers did an amazing job keeping my hotel room clean and the sheets on the bed sheets where very very clean. This is my first time not having to use my own covers or sheets. This hotel was a great stay. The only things that could be better is the other woman staff they where less friendly and welcoming just my opinion. We very much appreciated the continued availability of breakfast in these challenging times, but were kind of disappointed in the variety available - not too many grab-and-go options (yogurts, cereals, muffins/donuts, etc.). The hot breakfast, while again appreciated, wasn't great - the same thing both days and not very good (particularly the sausage patties).
