Rooms are nice, clean, service is wonderful! We love that they are right on the water but also have an indoor pool. They have laundry services available, great for large families on vacation! There was a mix up regarding the card key and the actual gold key needed to access our suite, but that was quickly forgotten once we actually accessed our room. It was more than we had hoped for. And when we couldn't locate the ceiling fan switch, the front desk staff arrived at our room and located it for us. They were very courteous and helpful. Fortunately we were there at the end of their cycle. The motel was very clean, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was kept full through the entire breakfast timeframe. The staff were very helpful and attentive to making sure that their service was great. They said they didn't have the room I wanted. The girl was kind of snippie! I backed out of that conversation and went on line and got the room I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, Upon arrival the front desk they were very accommodating and courteous. They helped us with discount tickets for the ferry and directions. The room exceeded expectations and was clean and quiet.
