They said they didn't have the room I wanted. The girl was kind of snippie! I backed out of that conversation and went on line and got the room I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, Upon arrival the front desk they were very accommodating and courteous. They helped us with discount tickets for the ferry and directions. The room exceeded expectations and was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. We'd give five stars if it wasn't for the room's shower design; the little ramp into the shower allowed water to leak out and into the rest of the of the bathroom, and because there was no drain outside of the shower the water sat there until we soaked it up with towels. The staff at the desk was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. It was on the first floor and had a patio door that allowed one to walk out directly to the beach. The breakfast was included with the room and was much better than most. We enjoyed the hot tub and spent some time in the adjacent community room.
