Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Huge hot tub in the "waterpark" area. Staff was very nice! Would go back again. Blue Water Beachfront HotelFairview Beachfront Inn Mike from Toronto stayed in August 2014The Price is good. It is convnenient. Very close to the highway and not far from the ferry either. The rooms are a little aged but they are clean. It is right on the beach so it is convenient if you wish to have a sun bath after your activities. It is facing East so you may see the sun rise from the sea level which is quite a nice view. The breakfast is shared with the motel next door and is above average. There is also a nice restaurant (Blue Water Grill & Bar) just opposite to the motel. There is a mini water park inside the facility mainly for the kids. The Pool is relatively small and there is no hot tub. Good value overall. The staff was so helpful as well. My daughter had a fall on the Island and broke her leg. The gentleman in the office made arrangements to return the wheel chair to the Island medical center for us. We had a problem with our T.V. and the maintenance guys were there in no time , and worked diligently until it was fixed. I was informed that we had been moved to Bridge Vista Beach Hotel, where we had stayed last year. When we checked in, we were informed that we had been complimentarily upgraded to a suite. We were very appriecitive of the generosity of the hotel.
