Tile floor in bathroom area was very slippery, especially with stockings on your feet. Bins of used bedding outside near the office when we checked in were unattractive. The rooms were clean the service was quick and prompt, breakfast was good. The 2 bedroom suites are all courtside and that was the only negative as we could not look out on the water from our rooms. Pool is poor but the ability to go to the other indoor waterparks made that acceptable. The lake beach area was nice and you can walk out for a long while. Desk staff were helpful. Rooms were clean. The elevator/stair situation is difficult to figure out and no matter what in the lake view section you have to do stairs which is a problem with luggage.
