There was A LOT of attention to detail around the property. Very clean room, smelled good, plumbing qorked well, AC worked great too! The front desk staff extremely helpful. What kept your hotel from an outstanding rating was the WiFi service, breakfast was average, and the stairs were inconvenient(we had to walk up a couple flights and then back down just to get to our room. We had been assigned a room on an upper floor, but when we expressed concern about hauling our suitcases up the stairs (no elevator in this particular building), the desk clerk willingly reassigned us to a main-floor room. In fact, we didn't even need to request it; he suggested it himself. Nice coffee/lounge room where we could meet with friends. I feel the room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was not as nice as expected but perhaps it was due to all the people that were there. It was a large spacious area but there wasn't anyone checking tables to clean them up or keep the serving areas clean.
