The only issue was that the sun set on the side of the hotel where we stayed and it took a while for the room to cool when we arrived because the air conditioner was not turned on. Also the next day when we came back to the room the curtains were drwn, the air conditioner was off and again it took some time to cool the room. I called the front desk and asked that they not turn the air off anymore and they complied. Hot tub is huge two people fit with room to spare so that is nice. You can say the hotel is out dated, but it is in good condition and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They loved the big flat screen TV's in the room. We liked the coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in our room too. The pool was very nice. We chose it over the others due to the fact we can get the two room suites. The bathrooms are large and the room accommodates our large gang. We get a reasonable rate also. I made two phone calls with quick questions prior to my stay and the hotel rep was a little breaf on their answer but my question was answered. Then we arrived and had the best room! Really lovely and the hotel staff went out of their way to take care of anything we needed! The breakfast bar was pleasant except for the sausage??? Not sure about that!
