There was a lamp shade hanging half way of the lamp and the room seemed dark and dingy. We had lake view room with a balcony. There was no screen door on the patio door so we couldnt leave the door open to let the fresh air in. Also, there was no microwave or a continental breakfast. I have severe hearing loss and depend on closed captioning when watching TV. Our room's TV did not have closed captioning capability, although I understand that some rooms do have it.
