Locating the room was also very fast and the room was spotless. The only detail I think could have been better was the cleanliness of the balcony. There were spiderwebs and dead flies everywhere. The reservation clerk made an extra effort to give my sister/brother-in-law and me adjoining rooms. It was a convenience to get tickets for the ferry and the trolley tour at the hotel desk. The only thing less than perfect was the breakfast buffet: overcooked eggs and undercooked sausage. And no bacon?!? We couldn't turn the jets off because it was just a toggle button and had to time its self out.
