The rooms and hotel were clean and updated. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The gentleman checking us in was nice and funny. We had a good laugh with him. Definitely want to go back. The only thing I would change was to have diabetic syrup or sugar free syrup for the waffles at the breakfast bar. Thanks for the coffee all day Might want to tell folks when they book that the breakfast bar is on the 3rd floor as if there is handicapped people they would prefer staying in the 3 rd floor instead of restoring the elevator to go up and down for coffee and breakfast. However, the front desk clerks were unfriendly and acted irritated when asked a question (what we needed to do to use the waterpark and why our wifi didn't seem to be working). Was this because it was the end of the season and they were overworked? They did not have to room we originally booked the first night, but they gave us a similar room. Plus we got there kind of late because the weather was bad, and there are no snacks at the hotel. It would be nice if they had a place for snacks and water. The only place open was KFC, which I dont really like. I would've been fine if the hotel had something to snack on until we could eat in the morning. The free breakfast was nice. Overall, it was good.
