I love enjoying the balcony.The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was CLEAN and the bed comfortable. The hotel staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Butthe bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning all over. The shower head also needs cleaning. We have stayed at this hotel many times, for about 10-12 years. Sometimes twice a year.BUT the bathroom floors need to be deep cleaned as well as the shower head, ceiling fan and the ceiling tile. The elevator smells of Fabulouso to cover the musty smell. The rooms were ok the bathroom was not the cleanest. The room did have a microwave and fridge. A small table to eat would have been nice especially if someone had kids with them. The screen let in a bunch of tiny bugs. The room attendant was very friendly and offered us more condiments for our coffee pot, she had a beautiful singing voice as well. Loved that the balcony offered a view of the bridge without having to uncomfortably lean over the railing. The fireworks were right in front of us! Staff was super friendly, the discounts were helpful. I know it would probably affect the breakfast restaurants, but would love to see a simple breakfast at the hotel. The pool could be warmer, I couldn't even swim in it, far too cold. The beach wasn't quite as sandy as we hoped, but that is no fault to the hotel!We loved our stay here and are already planning on coming back next year!!
