The beach area is pretty, It was great that shepler ferry had a free shuttle. The pool is very cloudy dangerous you can't even see the bottom. We asked when the pool was gonna be cleaned she pointed to a guy and said that's what he's standing there for, how were we supposed to know who he was?. The beds are very comfortable the rooms are nice, The breakfast is basic, meat eggs and pancakes waffles. We got to use Crown Choice Waterpark, the kids slash playground is pretty clean and awesome the pool and jacuzzi were so cloudy you can't see the bottom which is again dangerous and water sprayers in jacuzzi didn't work so it was just a really hot pool.These comments are from a verified stay

Pool and hot tub are good sizes but they put too much chemicals in them. We couldnt stay in there very long. We opened some sliders but they came in afterwards and closed them. Staff during breakfast are awesome. I think the hotel should have better signage how to find the breakfast area. There was no variation whatsoever, including powdered eggs, lunchmeat ham that had been fried, frozen pancakes, the fruit was not fresh and there was no potato option, which is one of the simplest items to offer.
