The clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was clean and spacey. The only complaint was the thinness of the walls. We were in a room just outside the elevators and we could hear families talking as they waited for the elevator. The location of our room did come in handy for us as the fireworks on Fri night were lit off from a barge in the lake just in front of our room- no reason for us to leave. In addition to that they included us in a surprise birthday celebration they had planned for one of their own coworkers who had the same birthday as my husband. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room available but not working which was a real let down but the shower was very nice. No reason not to stay here! Note: The midges people are talking about are everywhere in the city and island. Were not as bad when we were there but still present. The screen door to the balcony was broken and would not slide correctly. The bathroom door stuck closed so we could never shut it all the way.
