We had a marvelous mini-vacation, and the hotel was part of that! A few suggestions: maybe a few more healthy items on the breakfast menu (whole grains, almond milk, fresh fruit vs. Canned fruit). Also, your description implied water parks were included, and there was still a (nominal) charge. The temp on the hot tub seemed a bit too high. And have you considered a service elevator? The maids (who were wonderful) needed the elevator for their carts at "prime time" when the most people were going and coming in mid-morning and there was a bottleneck there both days. But we LOVED our stay with you and would recommend you to others and would come again.These comments are from a verified stay

The breakfast was good; would have been better to switch up the fruit but the selection was great. The lady ran a tight ship busy with keeping the food replaced. Our room was the two adjoining Courtyard rooms; very clean. Room service was friendly and great. Front desk was nice albeit a bit forced due to how busy they were. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and we appreciated that, spending four nights there. We enjoyed the balcony and the views of Lake Huron and Mackinac Island. The hotel seemed very quiet, for the most part, and the mattresses were amazingly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was huge, but, for the most part, it moved quickly and efficiently.
